What happens if something is not right?
Tell us before the next stage closes over it, not after the punch list. A cabinet door that swings wrong, a scribe strip that looks uneven where it meets the wall, a switch mounted at the wrong height — these are easiest to fix while the trade responsible is still on site. We walk the room with you at each milestone, so you are not seeing anything for the first time at handover, and anything outstanding goes on a written list before we call the job finished.
