Our own crew works to a week-by-week schedule, cleans up at the end of every day, and books the inspections.

We walk the finished kitchen with you, close out the punch list, and hand over your final documentation.

We spec hardware and finishes for salt air, and we seal the cabinet boxes on all faces. Where the work is structural, or moves a drain line or a circuit, your kitchen needs a permit — we pull it and meet the inspector.

Will you do cabinets or countertops on their own?
Yes. We take on a standalone cabinet or countertop replacement when your layout is staying where it is.
What is the best countertop for a coastal kitchen?
Engineered quartz is the most forgiving in salt air, so it is what we specify most often here. Sealed granite and butcher-block hold up well too, as long as we detail them properly for your kitchen.
How long does it take from measure to install?
Cabinet lead time is typically 4–8 weeks. We template stone counters once the cabinets are set, and install them roughly 10–14 days after that.
